We do not bill insurance companies directly. After a trial period as an in-network provider, we found reimbursements as low as $14–$26 per visit and endless paperwork that took time away from patient care. So we chose a simpler, more honest model:
Chiropractic care — $75 per visit
CPT code 98940, performed personally by Dr. Caldero. If you have a PPO plan, we provide a paid statement (Superbill) you can submit for possible reimbursement — many patients find self-submitting is faster and sometimes pays more than provider billing.
Advanced therapies — clear self-pay pricing
Spinal decompression, PEMF, red light, Hako-Med and neuropathy care are generally not covered by any insurance. Pricing is explained clearly before care begins — never a surprise line item.
Packages that respect you
Pre-paid treatment packages at reduced rates, valid 365 days from purchase. Pay-per-visit is always available — nobody is pushed into a package.
We accept
Cash, debit and credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and contactless payment. Personal-injury cases may be treated on a lien basis with your attorney.
