Back pain that runs your day doesn’t have to.

Low back pain, sciatica that shoots down the leg, herniated or bulging discs, scoliosis — these are the problems Dr. Caldero has treated daily in Arcadia for 30 years. The goal is always the same: find the source, relieve the pressure, and get you moving again without leaning on medication.

Dr. Caldero treating a patient’s lower back at Caldero Chiropractic in Arcadia

We see this every day

  • Low back pain that flares when you stand, sit, or lift
  • Sharp or burning pain running down one leg (sciatica)
  • Herniated, bulging, or degenerating discs
  • Scoliosis-related pain and stiffness
  • Stiffness that makes mornings the hardest part of the day

How we treat it

After a complete exam, your plan may combine gentle chiropractic care with the advanced therapies most offices in the area don’t have — including our FDA-cleared Back on Trac spinal decompression chair, which takes pressure off pinched nerves and discs while you recline comfortably. No twisting or cracking unless you want it.

FAQ

Do I need an X-ray or MRI before coming in?

No. Many patients come to their first visit without imaging. Dr. Caldero performs a complete consultation and examination, and if additional testing is appropriate he will explain why and guide you through the next steps. If you already have imaging reports, bring the written reports.

Is spinal decompression painful?

No — most patients find it relaxing. Our Back on Trac system decompresses the spine while you sit back in a reclining chair: no lying face-down, no harnesses, no twisting. Many patients feel relief within the first sessions.

How soon can I be seen?

Most new patients are seen within 1–3 business days, and same-day appointments may be available. If you are in pain, don’t wait — the sooner we find the source, the sooner we can help.
